The candidate will be responsible for handling qualified leads, converting them into site visits, managing customer follow-up, explaining the project properly, and closing bookings. This is a sales ownership role, not only a telecalling or coordination role.
The project is a developed NA plotted layout suitable for second home, bungalow, future use, and long-term investment buyers. Candidate should be able to explain plot advantages, location, amenities, legal/documentation basics, pricing, and booking process confidently.
