Key Responsibilities
Execute and supervise high-rise residential construction projects.
Manage site activities from excavation to handover (RCC & Finishing).
Ensure quality, safety, and timely project execution.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site teams.
Prepare daily progress reports, material records, and site documentation.
Review technical drawings and resolve in office execution issues.
Required Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and Highrise / Strategic ERP.
Solid knowledge of construction drawings, RCC, finishing ,and site execution,
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
