Sales Executive – Responsibilities
Attend to customers, understand their requirements and provide positive customer service.
Guide customers in selecting the right products based on their needs, size, colour, fabric and budget.
Explain product features, prices, offers and promotions clearly.
Actively follow up with customers and convert enquiries/walk-ins into sales.
Achieve daily, monthly and annual sales targets.
Suggest additional or complementary products to increase sales.
Maintain proper display, folding, arrangement and cleanliness of merchandise.
Ensure products are properly stocked and inform the Store Manager about shortages or damaged items.
Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
Keep updated on current arrivals, products and ongoing offers.
Support stock counting, store activities and other duties assigned by the Store Manager.
Follow company SOPs, grooming standards, discipline and customer service guidelines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
