Experience: 1+ Years in US Healthcare RCM / AR Calling

Process: Denial Management / Accounts Receivable

Job Responsibilities
Handle denied, rejected, and unpaid US healthcare claims.
Analyze denial codes and identify the root cause of denials.
Follow up with insurance companies through calls and payer portals.
Handle claim status, reprocessing requests, corrected claims, and appeals.
Coordinate with coding, billing, eligibility, and authorization teams for denial resolution.
Maintain accurate claim notes, call reference numbers, and follow-up dates.
Work on aging AR and prioritize high-value and critical accounts.
Identify recurring denial trends and support denial prevention initiatives.
Achieve assigned productivity, quality, and collection targets.

Requirements
Minimum 1+ year of experience in US Healthcare AR / Denial Management.
Positive knowledge of US healthcare insurance and payer processes.
Solid communication and analytical skills.
Experience in handling denial codes and claim follow-up.
Willingness to work in US/night shifts.
Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred.
