Key Responsibilities

Student Counselling & Admissions
Counsel students and parents on suitable courses based on their academic background, career goals, and aspirations.
Explain course features, batch schedules, fee structures, scholarship opportunities, and admission processes.
Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, both in person and online.
Convert inquiries, walk-ins, and generated leads into admissions.

Lead Management & Follow-up
Handle leads received through digital marketing campaigns, seminars, referrals, walk-ins, and telecalling activities.
Maintain regular follow-up through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings.
Track lead progress and ensure timely conversion.
Update all lead interactions in CRM and admission management systems.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
