We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of relevant experience and will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, supporting employee life cycle activities, and ensuring compliance with statutory and company HR policies.

Qualification

Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in HR Operations

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or an equivalent Masters degree

Location: Perungudi, Chennai

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Key Roles and Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle processes
Handle onboarding, induction, documentation and employee exits
Manage attendance, leave and HRMS-related activities




Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely resolution of employee queries
Handle employee grievances and support employee engagement initiatives
Ensure compliance with applicable HR policies and statutory requirements
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Support recruitment, manpower planning and coordination with hiring managers
Drive HR processes and initiatives to improve employee experience and operational efficiency
