We are seeking a highly experienced Manager - Safety with real estate exposure to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 plus years of experience in safety management, with a strong background in real estate industry.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement safety policies and procedures for real estate projects
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations
Provide safety training to employees and contractors
Investigate and report on any safety incidents or accidents
Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure a protected working environment
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
Minimum of 10 plus years of experience in safety management
Experience in the real estate industry is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
Excellent communication and leadership skills
