Key Responsibilities
Manpower Planning &
Recruitment: Manage workforce planning and end-to-end recruitment from sourcing, screening and interviews to salary negotiation, offer and joining.
Onboarding &
Employee Lifecycle: Own pre-joining, onboarding, induction, probation, confirmation, transfers, promotions, increments, role changes and separation.
HR Operations &
HRMS: Manage employee records, HRMS, attendance, leave, employee movements and HR documentation.
Payroll &
Compensation: Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, incentives, deductions, increments, salary revisions and employee compensation-related processes with Accounts.
Performance Management: Drive KRAs/KPIs, probation reviews, PMS, appraisals, performance improvement plans and performance discussions.
Employee Engagement &
Relations: Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, employee connects, engagement initiatives and workplace concerns.
Retention &
Talent Management: Monitor attrition, conduct exit interviews, identify retention risks, support career development and succession planning.




Learning &
Development: Identify training needs, prepare training calendars and coordinate employee development programs.
Policies &
SOPs: Develop, implement and continuously improve HR policies, processes and SOPs across the employee lifecycle.
Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Skilled Tax, Gratuity, Bonus, Shops &
Establishments and applicable labour laws.
Exit Management: Manage resignation, notice period, clearance, handover, Full &
Final Settlement, relieving/experience letters and exit documentation.
HR MIS &
Analytics: Prepare monthly HR dashboards covering headcount, hiring, attrition, attendance, payroll, PMS, employee movements and compliance.relieving/experience letters and exit documentation.
