Senior Project Manager Residential Construction

Salary: 9.60 LPA

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer / Project Manager to take end-to-end responsibility for the execution and supervision of a premium residential project.

Key Responsibilities
Overall site supervision and project management from civil works through finishing and handover.
Coordinate between architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, interior designers, contractors, vendors and specialist agencies.
Review architectural, structural and MEP drawings and identify drawing/site coordination issues before execution.
Should be comfortable with AutoCAD and basic drawing/detail modifications for site coordination.
Prepare and monitor construction schedules, milestones and daily/weekly progress.
Ensure strict control over quality, workmanship, specifications and timelines.
Check contractor measurements, quantities,



BOQs and bills before certification.
Resolve day-to-day technical and execution problems independently.
Conduct regular coordination meetings and provide concise progress reports to the owner.
Maintain proper documentation of drawings, approvals, changes, measurements and site decisions.

Candidate Profile Must have 15–20 years of hands-on construction experience, with substantial experience independently managing high-end residential houses, villas, bungalows or luxury residences.

The candidate should be technically solid, practical, highly organised and capable of representing the owner’s interests on site.

Preference: Candidates who have handled complete residential projects from excavation/RCC through MEP, interiors, finishing, landscaping and final handover.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
