Senior Project Manager Real Estate Development

Livedge Constructions LLP is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to manage and execute our residential real-estate projects, including high-rise residential developments and plotted developments.

Key Responsibilities
Lead projects from planning, approvals and tendering through execution and completion.
Manage high-rise residential construction as well as large-scale plotted/land development projects.
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, planners and statutory authorities.
Manage contractors, vendors, procurement and site execution.
Prepare/review BOQs, estimates, budgets and project schedules.
Monitor project cost, quality, safety and timelines.
For plotted developments, manage roads, drainage, utilities, electrical infrastructure, landscaping and external development.




Conduct regular site inspections and ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
Prepare project MIS and provide regular updates to management.
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal and other teams for project completion and handover.

Candidate Profile
10–20 years of experience in real-estate development/construction.
Experience in residential high-rise projects is essential/preferred.
Experience in plotted development / villa / township projects will be a solid advantage.
Robust knowledge of BOQ, costing, contracts, procurement and project scheduling.
Strong contractor and consultant management skills.
Developer-side experience preferred.
Positive communication, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation: 6–12 LPA + performance incentive, depending on experience and capability.
