This is a phone-first outbound role. You will spend your day calling Executive Directors, Activities Directors, and Life Enrichment Directors at U.S. senior-serving organizations to book discovery meetings for our complimentary introductory workshop. Closing stays with our founder — your focus is dials, connects, qualification, and CRM discipline.

What you'll do
Make 60–80 outbound dials per day into targeted U.S. senior living and healthcare accounts
Navigate gatekeepers and reach decision-makers directly
Handle objections live and convert interest into a booked meeting
Build prospect lists using ZoomInfo and public directories
Log every dial, connect, and outcome in EngageBay same-day
Report daily on dials, connect rate, and meetings held





What you need
3+ years of cold-calling-heavy B2B inside sales or SDR experience
Direct experience selling into U.S. healthcare, senior living, or home care required
Numbers you can quote — daily dials, connect rate, meetings booked per week required
Explicit, confident spoken English and a skilled U.S. phone presence
EngageBay or equivalent CRM experience plus a dialer
Reliable high-speed internet with backup connection and power backup
Proven ability to sustain a U.S. Eastern night shift from India
