Role Overview
Position: Purchase Manager / Executive (Interior Fit-outs)
Location: Bengaluru (Bommasandra)
Experience Required: 5 to 10 years (or 6–15 years for senior variants)
Salary Range: ₹4.5 to ₹9.5 Lakhs Per Annum

Key Responsibilities
Procurement Management: Procure materials for commercial and corporate interior fit-out projects.
Vendor Management: Handle new vendor development, vendor analysis, and price negotiations.
Purchase Orders: Create and manage purchase orders (POs) and execute purchase planning.
Material Oversight: Source materials including C&I; (Ceiling & Insulation/Interiors), hardware, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), flooring,



false ceilings, electrical works, plumbing, civil works, and glass/gypsum partitions.

Candidate Requirements
Background: Proven working experience in purchasing interior fit-out and civil construction materials.
Skills: Solid negotiation capabilities, vendor analysis, and material planning.
Availability: Preference for immediate joiners.

Pay: ₹36,584.69 - ₹50,468.52 per month
