Execute design and development of customized engineering systems, including 3D models, 2D drawings, assemblies, layouts, BOMs, and documentation based on client requirements.
Apply robust engineering judgement while making design decisions.
Review drawings, models, and technical outputs prepared by junior engineers to ensure accuracy, manufacturability, and quality.
Guide and mentor junior design engineers in engineering fundamentals, CAD practices, documentation standards, and project execution methods.
Break down project requirements into tasks, assign work to junior team members, and track progress, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, clarify technical points, share updates, close issues,



and maintain project documentation including MOMs, design notes, and revision records.
Travel to client locations, if required, for requirement gathering, site measurements, implementation, troubleshooting, or project support.
Take ownership of projects from requirement to delivery, proactively identifying risks, bottlenecks, and delays, and escalating them with solutions.
Guide customers towards practical, manufacturable, and technically sound engineering solutions.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
