Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in software testing with a minimum of 3 years of experience in test automation.
Proven experience as a Software Test Engineer with a solid focus on mobile applications.
Extensive experience in test automation using tools like Appium (specifically highlighted), Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar, and strong scripting skills in languages such as JavaScript, Java, or Python.
Deep understanding of software testing technologies, methodologies, and best practices.
Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and experience integrating automated tests into them (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Circle CI).
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.




Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Ability to work effectively in a very high-paced agile environment.

Preferred skillsets
Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, BlazeMeter) and methodologies.
Experience working with Flutter based Mobile Apps
Familiarity with MedTech products, firmware-based products, and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) testing.
Previous experience in a principal or lead testing role.
Experience developing automated test tools for commercial software products.
Experience coordinating with remote and geographically distributed teams.
Robust attention to detail and self-motivated, driven to meet objectives.
