/ Responsibilities
Develop project timelines, budgets, and scopes while coordinating with clients, engineers, and teams.
Manage project costs, track expenses, and ensure the project stays within budget.
Lead HVAC technicians and subcontractors, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
Serve as the point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.
Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project specs and timelines are met.
Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and obtain necessary permits.
Identify risks and resolve issues promptly.

Desired profile of the candidate
Should have experience in HVAC mechanical piping, plumbing and sheet metal
should have sound knowledge of various systems involved in HVAC and should have basic knowledge of design
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Should have a valuable knowledge of AutoCAD. Shall be able to make changes in the drawings as per Site Installation.
Robust leadership and team management skills
Good Communication.





Work experience (Min. & Max.) 5 to 10 Years Industry EPC Projects – Design, Fire and Electrical (Service & Sales)

Location of Job Pune or as per business requirement salary 45K to 50K / Month Depending upon Technical Expertise and Years of

Experience.

Basic / UG Qualification Diploma / bachelor’s degree with experience in relevant field OR

Equivalent & Satisfactory work experience in relevant field.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
