Uncle Peter's Pancakes (UPP) is a rapidly growing Indian pancake QSR chain that started as a cloud kitchen in Bengaluru in 2019. We've expanded to 80+ outlets across 30 cities, been featured on Shark Tank India Season 3, and are on track to open 500+ stores across India in the next three years.

We're looking for a Brand Lead / Senior Marketing Leader to own and drive our end-to-end brand strategy — shaping our brand voice, driving organic and paid growth, and building a data-backed roadmap to scale revenue, visibility, and engagement.

What You'll Do
Define brand positioning and build annual/quarterly brand plans
Lead 360° campaigns across digital, ATL, BTL, and in-store
Manage creative, media, and PR agencies; own budgets, KPIs, and ROI
Oversee brand tone, visual identity, and messaging across all platforms
Use consumer insights and data to continuously sharpen brand strategy
Partner cross-functionally with business development, design, operations,



and franchise teams
Build influencer, brand ambassador, and media relationships
Drive digital growth, customer acquisition, retention, and regional/store-level marketing
Lead current product launches and campaigns
Hire and lead a high-performing marketing team as we scale

What We're Looking For
5+ years in brand marketing or brand management — FMCG, F&B;, or lifestyle brands preferred
Proven success scaling consumer brands in India
Solid digital-first, youth-centric creative instincts
Excellent storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Data-driven and analytical decision-maker
Relevant QSR/Café/F&B; experience is a must

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
