HR Trainer - Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct induction and onboarding training for current employees.
Plan and deliver soft skills and behavioral training programs.
Identify training needs through performance evaluations and feedback.
Prepare training materials, presentations, and assessments.
Monitor employee learning progress and training effectiveness.
Maintain training records, attendance and reports.
Coordinate with department heads to organize technical and functional training.
Support employee development and continuous learning initiatives.
Ensure company policies and workplace standards are communicated effectively.
Evaluate training outcomes and recommend improvements.

Experience : 5+ Years

Salary : Upto 35,000/-.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
