About the Role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 45 years of experience in luxury and ultra-luxury residential or hospitality projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and the ability to manage projects from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities
Develop innovative design concepts aligned with luxury project standards
Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and working drawings using AutoCAD
Create 3D models and presentations using SketchUp
Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors for execution
Manage site visits and ensure design implementation as per drawings
Select materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures suitable for high-end projects
Prepare mood boards, presentations, and client proposals
Ensure timelines and quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle

Key Skills & Requirements




4–5 years of experience in luxury / ultra-luxury interior design projects
Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp (mandatory)
Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and detailing
Good knowledge of design documentation and execution processes
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Robust communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design / Architecture or related field
Experience working on high-end residential or hospitality projects
Eye for detail and strong aesthetic sensibility
