Role Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning and AI models to solve real-world business problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions from ideation to production.
Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and rigorous model evaluation and validation.
Deploy models using modern ML frameworks and ensure scalability, reliability, and performance in production.
Build APIs and seamlessly integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications and workflows.
Work on advanced use cases across NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI domains.
Support clients in AI adoption, insights generation, and intelligent automation initiatives.
Stay current with emerging AI/ML research, trends, tools, and technologies and apply them where relevant.

Requirements




8+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering and model development.
Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Solid experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
Hands-on experience deploying ML models in cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure) using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, or MLflow.
Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs with AI/ML capabilities into enterprise systems.
Proven expertise in at least one of NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning).
Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex) is a plus.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a rapid-paced, agile workplace.
