Role & responsibilities
Manage and configure LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and network systems.
Troubleshoot laptop/desktop hardware, software, OS, and connectivity issues.
Install, configure, and maintain printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
Handle CCTV installation, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Provide IT support to stores, offices, and employees for day-to-day technical issues.
Troubleshoot network connectivity, internet, email, system, and application-related issues.
Perform installation and configuration of computers, laptops, operating systems, and required software.
Coordinate with external vendors/service providers for CCTV, networking, printers, and hardware maintenance.
Maintain records of IT assets, systems, network equipment, and service requests.
Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and minimize system downtime.
