Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients as per clinical protocols.
Monitor patients’ vital signs, clinical condition, and response to treatment.
Administer medications and treatments safely as prescribed.
Assist doctors during procedures and emergency situations.
Maintain accurate nursing records and patient documentation.
Ensure proper infection control and patient safety practices.
Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare teams for effective patient care.
Supervise and guide junior nurses and nursing assistants.
Ensure proper handover and takeover of patient care.
Monitor availability and proper use of medicines, equipment, and supplies.
Handle emergency situations promptly and escalate critical conditions.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, and nursing protocols.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
