Educate customers and partners on product architecture, functional design, and best practices.
Assist in scoping, analyzing, and documenting implementation projects.
Develop and deliver technical training for SailPoint implementation partners.
Help implementation teams design creative solutions for complex problems.
Contribute to technical delivery through coding or complex configuration as needed.
