Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with branch stakeholders and distribution partners to drive business growth
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned portfolio to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives
Coordinate with branch teams to ensure effective implementation of consumer banking products and services
Monitor portfolio performance and provide regular reporting on key metrics and business developments
Conduct market analysis and competitive assessments to inform strategic recommendations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, operations, and compliance to support branch initiatives




Provide coaching and support to branch staff on product knowledge and sales techniques
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and bank policies across all branch operations
Participate in training programs and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance qualified capabilities

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent skilled qualification
Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and business objectives
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
Proficiency in relevant banking systems and Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of consumer banking products and services
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel within assigned territory as required
