The Role
Perform media charging, preparation, and cleaning for fermentation processes.
Hands-on experience in fermentation of E. coli and yeast expression systems, including production of recombinant proteins.
Execute fermentation batch operations, including probe calibration, maintenance, and documentation.
Generate and manage seed cultures for fermentation processes.
Conduct microscopy, cell staining, and analysis of process samples.
Analyze process data and prepare detailed reports.
Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of fermentation utilities.

Who are we looking for
B.Sc/M.Sc/B.Tech/M.Tech (Biotechnology/Microbiology) with minimum 3 years’ experience.
Prior experience in fermentation of recombinant strains will be preferred, and should be versatile for working in rotational shifts, lab scale fermentation and microbiology.
