Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive current client acquisition and business growth across IT Staffing, Contract Staffing, Staff Augmentation, and IT Services.

The ideal candidate should have a strong network within the IT services, product, startup, GCC, and enterprise ecosystem, with proven experience in generating leads, building client relationships,



converting opportunities, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new clients for IT Staffing, Contract Staffing, C2H, Permanent Hiring, and Staff Augmentation services.
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and client acquisition targets.
Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, referrals, industry events, and existing connections.
Build and maintain strong relationships with CIOs, CTOs, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, Procurement Teams, and Business Heads.
Develop relationships with IT Services companies, product companies, startups, GCCs, and enterprise clients.
Understand client hiring requirements and work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful fulfilment.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation → client meetings → requirement gathering → proposal → negotiation
