Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sr Territory Manager role based in Bahadurgarh. The Sr Territory Manager will oversee sales operations within the assigned territory, drive revenue growth, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. Responsibilities include managing key accounts, developing and executing territory sales plans, and building strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and institutional customers. The role involves regular market visits, identifying current business opportunities, monitoring competitor activities,



and providing timely reports and forecasts. The Sr Territory Manager will also coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability, support promotional activities, and uphold Watertec India's brand standards in the market.
Qualifications

Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management, with experience in territory handling and achieving targets.
Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients, resolve concerns, and build long-term relationships.
Ability to deliver Training and guidance to sales teams, channel partners, and trade associates.
Proven experience in the building materials, bath fittings, or related industry is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting tools.
