We provide complete technical architecture, custom product blueprints, and engineering execution.

The Role
We are looking for a proactive sales qualified to identify, qualify, and initiate conversations with founders, agency leaders, and business operators across India. You will own cold outbound outreach (LinkedIn, Cold Email, Apollo) to introduce our custom software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Source and prospect verified B2B decision-makers (Founders, Directors, CEOs) across targeted verticals (Staffing firms, Logistics, SMEs, Startups).




Run personalized text-based outbound outreach and handle initial objections.
Qualify prospect needs and schedule discovery calls for our Product Architecture Sprints (₹50k) and full custom builds.
Compensation Structure
Phase 1 (Sprint): 15% on deals up to ₹40k, 20% on deals >₹40k (Earn ₹6,000 to ₹20,000+ per closed client).
Phase 2 (Milestone Retainer): Achieving ₹1,00,000 in closed business converts your role into a permanent ₹20,000/month Fixed Retainer + ongoing performance incentives.
