Role Description The Branch Sales Manager is responsible for leading and growing the branch’s home loan portfolio in Dindigul through effective sales planning and execution. This full time, on-site role involves managing and mentoring the branch sales team, setting targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring the achievement of business objectives.



The role includes developing local market strategies, building and maintaining relationships with customers, partners, and local influencers, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience from lead generation to loan disbursement. The Branch Sales Manager will oversee branch operations related to sales, ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements, and provide regular reports and insights to regional leadership. The individual will also collaborate with credit and operations teams to ensure timely processing, risk management, and portfolio quality.
