Role Description The Housekeeping GSA (Guest Service Associate) is a full-time, on-site role based in Haridwar. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and bathroom cleaning. The Housekeeping GSA will replenish room supplies, change linens, manage laundry items, and ensure that all housekeeping requests are handled promptly. The position also includes reporting maintenance issues, following safety and sanitation protocols,



and coordinating with the front office and other departments to support a smooth guest experience. The role requires consistent adherence to company standards and a courteous, skilled approach when interacting with guests.
Qualifications
Housekeeping and cleaning skills, including basic knowledge of cleaning agents, equipment handling, and hygiene standards.
Ability to manage room preparation and turnaround, including bed-making, linen handling, and restocking amenities.
