Location: Pune
Job Overview .

Responsible for Current Projects as well as existing production projects. The key objectives for LOE role are as below.
Represents the plant in PDT.
Supports the CIL for execution of VA/VE activities in plant.
Responsible for ZDL.
Responsible for timely execution of build.
Responsible for controlling & monitoring launch cost.
Responsible for meeting operation metrics.
Responsible for Planning, Scheduling & Logistics related activities.
Responsible for timely disposition of parts.
Responsible for New part inventory management.
Responsible for conducting OSD workshops.
Responsible for timely escalation of issues which will affect the overall operation metrics.
Responsible for making of Open Issue List & ensuring the same for timely completion.
Principle Accountability .

Flawless Launch
LOE for Current Projects
Execution of ZDL & flawless launch of program.
Meeting operation metrics & escalation in case where the metrics are not meeting.
Controlling & monitoring of launch cost through reusing of parts.




Timely execution of customer builds & dispatches.
Ensuring all the schedules are released through plex for all child parts.
Ensuring all the packaging material & logistics related activities are available & completed.
Ensuring the Timely disposition of parts.
Ensuring the issues are timely escalated to top management.
Ensuring the availability of parts before every build & also managing the inventory.
Conducting OSD workshop in plant.
Supporting CIL for execution of VA/VE activities in plant.
Ensuring MBOM is properly made with latest revision.
Ensuring child parts are being supplied as per agreed SPI’s.
Education/Experience . Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical/Automobile).

8 to 10 years’ Experience in Project Management, Engineering, Operations etc.
