We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, and Angular to lead engineering teams and drive technical design, architecture, development, and delivery of scalable applications.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical leader with robust experience in full-stack development, system design, cloud technologies, technical mentoring, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of software engineers.
Drive technical design and architecture decisions.
Provide hands-on technical guidance and conduct code reviews.
Ensure engineering best practices and high-quality delivery.
Work closely with Product, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
Manage technical debt, migrations, and feature delivery.
Troubleshoot production issues and support incident resolution.
Participate in technical hiring and mentoring.

Candidate Profile
12 to 20 years of overall software engineering experience.

Experience as a Technical Lead / Senior Technical Lead / Tech Lead / Engineering Lead.
Robust understanding of application architecture, microservices, APIs, and cloud technologies.
Proven experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.
Ability to balance hands-on technical work, architecture, delivery, and people leadership.
