Experience managing projects involving Adobe Experience Manager(AEM) or other Enterprise CMS platforms.
Understanding of CMS migration ,content modelling, content migration strategies, and website delivery.
Knowledge of application deployment ,release management, and production support.
Familiarity with CDN Configuration ,firewall coordination ,SSL Certificates ,DNS and Web infrastructure.
Exposure to cloud platforms(AWS Preferred) and CI/CD Practices.

Roles & Responsibility :
Lead the end-to end migration of an enterprise website platform from Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to custom-built CMS developed using Spring and React.Js.
The role involves driving project delivery, coordination cross-functional teams, managing customer communication and




ensuring a smooth transition from the existing CMS to the recent platform with minimal business disruption.
Lead planning and execution of the AEM Custom CMS migration program.
Manage project scope, schedule, milestone, resource, risks, dependencies, and change requests.
Coordinate with development ,QA,DevOps, infrastructure, security , and business teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Work closely with solution architects and technical leads to track application design, development, integration, and migration activities.
Manage content migration, release planning ,cutover, and hyoercare activities.
Act as the primary interface with customer stakeholders, conducting project reviews, status reporting ,and steering meetings.
Ensure timely resolution of project risks, technical issues, and delivery blockers.
Drive project governance ,documentation and compliance with organizational delivery processes.

Certification if any,

PMP or PMP-ACP(Preferrable).
