Electrical Systems & Utilities Management

Liaison with BESCOM to ensure uninterrupted power supply.

Monitor and analyse parameters of:

o

Panels, ACBs, transformers, raising mains o

UPS, DG systems, CCTV, lifts, fire panels, STP, PHE systems

Conduct routine inspections and validate logbooks, reports, and checklists.

Ensure availability of diesel and critical consumables.

Identify deviations and take corrective actions with senior management.
Preventive Maintenance & AMC Management

Manage and ensure execution of: o

PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) schedules o

AMC vendor deliverables (UPS, DG, lifts, STP, CCTV, etc.)

Inspect completed works and certify service reports.

Allocate manpower and plan maintenance activities efficiently.

Conduct monthly vendor review meetings and track closure of action items.
Procurement & Material Management

Raise indents based on CAFM tickets, PPM plans, and operational needs. Verify technical specifications of materials before acceptance.

Scrutinize vendor invoices and service reports before approval.
