Designation: Sr. Engineer/ Asst. Manager - Production Planning Control
Key Responsibility
1. Develop and maintain production plans (short-, mid- and long term) based on order book, sales orders, and capacity constraints.
1. Create and publish daily/weekly production schedules and shop floor work orders; monitor adherence and adjust plans to meet commitments. 3. Manage materials planning and coordination with procurement to ensure raw materials and components are available as per requirements without excess inventory.
1. Lead internal meetings (daily huddles, production review) and communicate status to stakeholders (Sales & Department Head).
1. Train and mentor junior planning staff; coordinate with cross functional teams for delivery performance.
1. Review of SAP activities (i.e. BOM, Routing, Sales Order, Inventory Review, PR & PO status)
