Key Responsibilities

- Teaching: Deliver engaging lectures on Hindi grammar, prose, poetry, and literary history to undergraduate or postgraduate students.
- Curriculum Work: Design lesson plans, update course materials, and help develop up-to-date Hindi syllabi.
- Student Assessment: Create question papers, grade assignments, and monitor academic performance.
- Research & Publication: Write research papers on Hindi literature, attend academic seminars, and publish work in journals.
- Mentoring: Guide students with their academic queries, projects, and career choices.
- Department Support: Attend faculty meetings and assist in organizing cultural or literary events.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Masters degree in Hindi (with 55%+ marks) and a Ph.D.



or cleared the UGC-NET/SLET/SET exam.
- Subject Knowledge: Deep understanding of Hindi literature eras, classical works, linguistics, and grammar rules.
- Communication: Excellent speaking, writing, and presentation abilities in Hindi and English.
- Tech Skills: Comfort with digital learning tools, online management systems (LMS), and basic computer applications.
