Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided leads.
Introduce and explain real estate projects, including location, amenities, pricing, and key features.
Understand customer requirements and identify potential buyers.
Generate and qualify leads through regular follow-ups.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
Follow up with interested customers and ensure timely communication.
Achieve assigned daily/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide relevant information.
Maintain a positive relationship with prospective customers throughout the sales process.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
