Roles and Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end payroll processing accurately and on time.
Validate attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, deductions, reimbursements, and payroll inputs.
Handle PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Bonus, Gratuity and other applicable statutory compliances.
Manage employee compensation changes, increments, promotions, and full & final settlements.
Prepare HR MIS reports and dashboards covering headcount, attrition, manpower cost, payroll cost, absenteeism, and other HR metrics.
Maintain accurate employee master data and payroll records.
Handle employee payroll queries and coordinate with Finance for salary processing.
Support payroll audits and ensure data confidentiality.
