Roles & Responsibilities:

Legal generalist profile including but not limited to
To draft/ vet various agreements like Leave and License/ Lease Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Service Agreements, Software License Agreement, Training services agreement, marketing agreements etc.
To calculate the stamp duty and registration charges and coordinate with Law firm for proper and timely execution/ registration of property related agreements
To assist the internal stakeholders with legal advisory as may be required from time to time and drafting/ vetting of standard templates of various communications as per the requirements
Maintenance/ updation of MISes as may be required by the Management
Litigation Management for non-claim cases .




Coordination with the internal stakeholders and pro-actively addressing the concerns/ issues from legal perspective
Automation for the Legal department and driving other projects undertaken by the Company
Closure of disputes proactively by drafting suitable communications to mitigate the risks
Any other assignment that may be delegated depending upon the requirements

Key Requirements - Experience & Skills
Over 10 - 12 years of post-qualification relevant experience in corporate Legal department
Exposure of insurance sector is preferred
Effective communicator with skills on leadership, management and employee management.
