Job Requirements

We are looking for a Senior Product expert to drive a solid culture of Product Excellence and Process Excellence within our organization. As the Senior Production Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of Stated Product Quality standards & Guidelines, daily monitoring and review of product quality, performance, and compliance, and developing and enhancing employee capabilities through structured skill development programs.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all processes, ensuring alignment with product standards, quality requirements, and manufacturing recipes.
Conduct regular process audits to verify compliance with SOPs and identify deviations or gaps.
Drive timely corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to close identified process gaps and prevent recurrence.
Drive implementation of Quality Management (QM) pillar steps across the factory to strengthen quality culture and process discipline.
Monitor process adherence through defined KPIs and follow up with cross-functional teams to ensure sustained compliance.

Work Experience





We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Product Expert with experience in jewelry manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SOP formation and process control, as well as experience in corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and Quality Management (QM) pillar steps.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 10 years of experience in jewelry manufacturing
Robust knowledge of SOP formation, process control, CAPA, and QM pillar steps
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment
