Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain company social media accounts such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Create engaging images, graphics, reels, short videos, stories, and other social media content.
Edit videos and images using tools/apps such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, VN, InShot, or similar applications.
Create content from concepts, scripts, raw images, and video footage.
Develop creative captions, hashtags, and content ideas based on current social media trends.
Plan and maintain a social media content calendar.
Research trending topics, sounds, formats, hashtags, and content styles.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand products, services, campaigns, and promotions.
Ensure content is consistent with the company's brand identity and communication style.
Monitor social media performance and provide basic reports on reach, engagement, followers,



and content performance.
Continuously experiment with new content formats to improve engagement and visibility.
34 years of experience in Social Media Management / Digital Marketing / Content Creation.
Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Hands-on experience in video editing and image/graphic editing.
Experience using Canva and CapCut or similar content creation/editing apps.
Positive understanding of Reels, Shorts, Stories, posts, and social media trends.
Basic knowledge of content writing, captions, hashtags, and social media strategy.
Positive creative and visual communication skills.
Ability to independently create content from an idea/concept.
Valuable communication and time-management skills.
