Responsibilities:
Handle press tool maintenance and ensure tools/dies are in valuable working condition.
Perform preventive maintenance of press tools and related equipment.
Attend breakdown maintenance and troubleshoot tool-related issues.
Monitor tool performance during shifts and minimize production downtime.
Support tool setting, adjustment, and troubleshooting during production.
Identify tool wear, damage, and abnormalities and coordinate corrective actions.
Maintain basic sheet metal/press shop knowledge and support smooth production operations.
Maintain maintenance records and follow safety and quality procedures.
