Brief Role
Manage day-to-day dairy production activities during the shift.
Monitor production processes, equipment and key parameters.
Ensure production targets are achieved with quality and safety standards.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance and Utilities teams.
Monitor manpower and allocate work as per shift requirements.
Maintain production records and shift reports.
Ensure compliance with GMP, hygiene and food safety standards.
Preferred Candidate Profile
B.Tech / Diploma in Dairy Technology, Food Technology.
Positive knowledge of production processes and plant operations.
Valuable communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work in rotational shifts.
Work experince in SCADA operations is an added advantage
