Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop high-quality written content such as blog posts, articles, website copy, whitepapers, case studies, and marketing materials.
Content Strategy: Work with the content team to create and execute content strategies aligned with broader marketing and business objectives.
Audience Research: Conduct research on customer personas, pain points, and preferences to tailor content for the target audience.
SEO Optimization: Optimize content for search engines by integrating relevant keywords and applying SEO best practices to enhance visibility and performance.
Content Calendar Management: Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent delivery of content that aligns with marketing campaigns and schedules.
Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit content from other team members to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all pieces.
Content Promotion: Develop and execute strategies to promote content via social media, email marketing, and partnerships to expand reach and engagement.
Analytics and Reporting: Use content analytics tools to track performance, measure engagement,



and make data-driven decisions for improving content strategy.
Collaboration: Partner with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to gather insights and information for content development.
Brand Voice: Ensure that all content maintains consistency with the company's brand voice, tone, and messaging.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a focus on creativity and clarity
Robust knowledge of content marketing principles, including SEO, content promotion, and audience engagement
Experience with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Proficiency in content marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot)
Solid communication and collaboration skills
