Role: We're looking for a Senior Content Writer who can create and oversee high-quality content across social media, SEO blogs/articles, and website copy — while leading a small team of content writers and social media executives. Robust hands-on experience with AI writing tools is a must.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage the social media content calendar across platforms
Write SEO-optimized blogs, articles, and website content
Lead, mentor, and review work of content writers and social media team members
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to boost content ideation, drafting, and efficiency — while maintaining quality and originality
Ensure brand tone and consistency across all content types
Collaborate with SEO, design, and performance marketing teams
Conduct keyword research and align content with SEO best practices




Review and edit team output before publishing

Requirements
2–4 years of experience in content writing, with at least 1–2 years in a lead/senior capacity
Proven experience writing for social media, SEO blogs, and website content
Solid command of English (written) and grammar
Hands-on experience using AI tools for content creation and workflow
Basic understanding of SEO principles (on-page, keyword research)
Team management/mentoring experience preferred
Portfolio of published work required

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
