General Requirements:
Should be good in English.
Diploma or B. Tech holder (Mechanical/Automobile).
Technical Requirements:
Must have an experience of 4 to 8 years
Must have relevant experience (only from Automotive industry)
Job Profile:
Able to read and update drawing.
Positive knowledge of poka yoke, kaizen & 5s.
Exposure of tool/fixture design & manufacturing.
Reduce tooling, jigs fixture cost and enhance their life.
Valuable knowledge of PFD, SPC, FMEA, Control Plan and work instruction.
RFQ preparation of current and upcoming projects.
Layout preparation and Line/Machine installation & commissioning.
Productivity improvement by cycle time and man power reduction.
Work balancing of production line by time motion study methodology.

Valuable exposure of Ms Office
Basic Catia, Basic AutoCAD
