Key Responsibilities
Manage and update Shopify stores.
Add and update products, images, prices, and inventory.
Process and manage orders.
Assist with basic store maintenance and updates.
Coordinate with the team to keep stores running smoothly.

Preferred
Graduate or equivalent qualification.
Basic Shopify, e-commerce, HTML/CSS, or CMS knowledge is a plus—not mandatory.

Qualifications
Familiarity with e-commerce best practices, conversion optimization,



and user experience for online stores.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, paid campaigns, email marketing) and how they integrate with Shopify.
Comfort working with third-party apps, integrations, and basic troubleshooting of technical issues within Shopify.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Robust written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate with design, content, and performance marketing teams.
Relevant experience in e-commerce or online retail; prior work on D2C brands or multi-brand stores is an advantage.
