Experience: 5 to 7 years of progressive recruitment experience, with a focus on Junior to Senior level hiring
Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of the communication industry/ Public relations, its trends, and specific talent requirements
Recruitment Expertise:
Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end recruitment processes in a rapid-paced and dynamic setting.
Proficient in various recruitment methods, including direct sourcing, job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
Technology Proficiency:
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Tech-savvy with the ability to leverage technology for productive and streamlined recruitment processes.
Strategic Thinking:
Ability to align recruitment strategies with overall business objectives and contribute to resource planning.
Results-oriented:
Proven ability to deliver results in a timely manner and meet recruitment targets.
Maintain confidentiality, uphold ethical standards, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Masters degree in HRM or MBA would be an advantage.
