Requirement:
Manage end-to-end proposal writing and bid management activities, including responses to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and tenders.
Review and analyse client RFP/RFI documents to understand business requirements, evaluation criteria, compliance requirements, and submission guidelines.
Develop high-quality, compliant proposal responses while ensuring adherence to all client requirements and organizational standards.
Provide end-to-end bid support, including proposal planning, content development, documentation, review, and final submission.
Review proposal baselines and prepare initial draft responses based on RFP requirements and solution inputs from stakeholders.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts (SMEs), sales,



and leadership to manage proposal reviews, approvals, sign-offs, and timely submissions.
Identify process improvement prospects to enhance proposal quality, reduce bid turnaround time, and improve response efficiency.
Create and maintain project plans, workflow trackers, Gantt charts, and proposal schedules to monitor bid progress and ensure milestone adherence.
Manage proposal documentation, version control, and submissions through bid portals and proposal management tools.
Track and present bid metrics, proposal dashboards, win/loss analysis, pipeline reports, and submission status to support management decision-making.
