Key Responsibilities
Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the showroom.
Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team to achieve sales targets.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer queries or complaints.
Monitor showroom sales, walk-ins, conversions, and team performance.
Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and showroom cleanliness.
Maintain stock availability and coordinate with the warehouse/team for inventory requirements.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Train and guide showroom staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Monitor staff attendance, discipline, grooming, and productivity.
Implement promotional activities and offers to improve showroom sales.
Handle cash, billing, documentation, and other operational activities as per company policy.
Coordinate with management regarding sales performance and business requirements.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
