V-Mitra Energy Installers is looking for a Solar Panel Installer / Solar Technician to work on residential and commercial solar PV installation projects.
Key Responsibilities
Install solar PV modules on rooftop and ground-mounted structures.
Install and align module mounting structures.
Perform DC cable laying, routing and termination.
Carry out solar panel string connections.
Install and connect DCDB, ACDB and other BOS components.
Assist with inverter installation and basic commissioning activities.
Follow proper safety procedures during rooftop and site work.
Identify and report installation or technical issues to the site supervisor.
Ensure quality and timely completion of assigned work.
Requirements
Basic knowledge of solar PV installation.
Electrical knowledge preferred.
Experience in rooftop/ground-mounted solar installation is an advantage.
Ability to work at heights.
Physically fit and comfortable with site work.
Two-wheeler licence preferred.
Freshers with basic electrical knowledge can also apply.
